For your convenience, we've put together a list of frequently asked questions to help you navigate the online store. 

Q: What carrier service do you use to ship products?

A: We use USPS as the shipping carrier.

Q: How do I request a color change on the arrangement that I ordered?

A: We welcome customized orders. Simply send an email to sherolbaker1958@hotmail.com with your name, order number, and the details of your custom order.

Q: What are the dimensions of the arrangements?

A: Arrangements are customized so be sure to send an email to sherolbaker1958@hotmail.com with the product name that you are interested in and indicate that you need specific dimensions you need.

Q: Will the arrangements get damaged if they are shipped?

A: All arrangements are fragile when it comes to shipping. They are carefully packaged, however, postal carrier handling could potentially influence the shape of the arrangement. We do not ship out the larger arrangements due to pricing and the fragility of the arrangement. All large arrangements are available for pick up only.

Q: What is the return policy on arrangements?

A: Because all arrangement designs are customized, no refund can be provided. 

Q: I placed a pick-up order. Where do I meet you in order to pick up my arrangement?

A: We are located in the Metro-Atlanta area and can offer product pick up at the following locations.

If there is another location you want to pick up your order, there is a $25 traveling fee that must be paid prior to pickup. Additionally, if the pickup location is different than what is listed above, be sure to notify us via email at least 1 week prior to the pickup date.

Q: I have a large order I want to place for an event. Should I just order from the site or should I place a special order with you directly?

A: Large orders should be coordinated ahead of time. We recommend that you DO NOT place an order online, but simply email us at sherolbaker1958@hotmail.com with your flower arrangement details. Be sure to leave a phone number in the email so that we can contact you if further information is needed.
